Sometimes crossovers can feel clunky or forced, but it’s so easy to imagine Feng Wu in Cloud Recesses, falling asleep in the library, or sharing tea, or training with Sizhui. also yeah, hacinth is mine! she....... needs an actual name but i'm awful at names and keep putting it off asdgg. she doesn't diverge much from the canon story i don't think 🤔 she started out with a cushy job in the royal engineers with ambitions of climbing the ranks, before being recruited into the order of whispers, and the rest is history. most of the rest of my characters are squished in there somewhere as a lieutenant or something asfg

30. what is a piece of advice for people who may not be in a safe place to express their sexuality

I know how hard it is and how much it sucks, but I promise when you finally get to be yourself it’s going to be incredible. I grew up in a religious, conservative environment and now I’m about to leave for college and I’m getting to see all the groups I can join and the people I’ll meet and there won’t be any reason for my to hide there and it’s such a good feeling to finally have that on the horizon. Even if it feels like it’s a long way off, eventually you’ll be safe to express yourself and it’s absolutely worth looking forward to so stick it out and try not to get too discouraged. We’re going to be okay.
